All content on Onfluencer, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Neoriseon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from Neoriseon.

8. Confidentiality

Both Marketers and Creators agree to keep any confidential information obtained through the use of Onfluencer’s Services private and not to disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

9. Termination

Neoriseon may terminate or suspend your access to Onfluencer’s Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Onfluencer’s Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Neoriseon makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neoriseon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neoriseon, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of Onfluencer’s Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neoriseon’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of Onfluencer’s Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Marketer for the Services related to the most recent Opportunity. Neoriseon shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Neoriseon may send notices to users by posting on its website or via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date. Notices to Neoriseon must be sent via nationally recognized overnight courier or certified mail to:

14. Choice of Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Onfluencer’s Services shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

By creating an account and using Onfluencer’s Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should print and keep a copy of these Terms for your records.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Neoriseon regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Neoriseon may amend these Terms at any time and will notify you of such changes.
